High-plasticity soft-foundation cement soil mixing pile construction method
The invention relates to the field of foundation pit construction, in particular to a high-plasticity soft-foundation cement soil mixing pile construction method. The method is characterized by comprising the steps: Step 1.: design of pile body parameters: a cement soil mixing pile should not be smaller than 500mm in diameter and is not larger than 0.60 in water-cement ratio; cement economic mixing ratio of marine ooze is 14% and ooze-shaped dredger fill is 16%; fine to medium sand mixed materials should be added to the mixing pile in the marine ooze at a mixing ratio of 3-5%; normal silicatecement with a strength grade of nonot lower than 42.5 is adopted as a curing agent; and an additive triethanolamine is used for accelerating early stage strength development of cement soil, and mixedamount of the triethanolamine is equal to 0.05% of cement in weight; Step 2: construction of the stirring pile; and Step 3: pile formation. By virtue of the construction method, the pile forming quality of high-plasticity index (Ip) soft soil stirring pile construction is significantly improved, and a strong safety guarantee is provided for construction of a foundation pit supporting structure.
本发明涉及基坑施工领域,具体是高塑性软基水泥土搅拌桩施工方法;其特征是:包括步骤1、设计桩身参数:水泥土搅拌桩直径不应小于500mm,水灰比不大于0.60;海相淤泥的水泥经济掺入比为14%,淤泥状吹填土为16%;海相淤泥中搅拌桩应添加细中砂掺合料,掺入比取3‑5%;固化剂强度等级不低于42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥;加速水泥土早期强度发展的外加剂三乙醇胺,三乙醇胺掺入量为水泥重量的0.05%;步骤2、搅拌桩施工;步骤3、成桩。本发明采用上述施工方法,对于高塑性指数(Ip)软土搅拌桩施工成桩质量明显改善,基坑支护结构的施工起到了极大的安全保障作用。
