Construction method of pile with Soil Cement mixing Foundation
The present invention relates to a method for continuously constructing a ground improvement pile. The method for continuously constructing the ground improvement pile according to the present invention comprises: a base surface excavation step of excavating the ground to a predetermined depth with an area corresponding to an area of a base to be constructed and forming a base excavation part (10); a foundation improvement step of forming a base improvement layer (20) which is a mixture of an original ground and an injection liquid made by supplying the injection liquid while agitating the original base at a lower part of the base excavation part (10) using a ground improvement apparatus wherein the diameter of the ground improvement layer (20) is less than that of the base excavation part (10); a pile installation step of embedding a pile into the ground improvement layer (20) before the ground improvement layer (20) is cured to make an upper surface of the ground improvement layer (20) arrive at a middle point spaced from the bottom surface and top surface of the base excavation part as the pile (40) gets embedded; and a base construction step of placing base concrete at the base excavation part (10) located at the upper part of the pile after the ground improvement layer (20) is cured to construct the base (50). The present invention realizes the ground improvement to the pile construction in a continuous process, increases the frictional force of the circumferential surface of the pile through the base improvement, and easily reinforces a head portion of the pile.
본 발명은 지반 개량 파일 연속 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 지반 개량 파일 연속 시공 방법은, 시공될 기초의 면적에 대응되는 면적으로 일정 깊이까지 지반을 굴착하여 기초굴착부(10)를 형성하는 기초면굴착단계와; 지반개량장치를 이용하여 상기 기초굴착부(10)의 하부의 원지반을 교반하면서 주입액을 공급하여 원지반과 주입액이 혼합된 지반개량층(20)을 형성하되, 지반개량층(20)은 상기 기초굴착부(10)의 직경보다 작게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지반개량단계와; 상기 지반개량층(20)이 경화되기 전에 지반개량층(20) 내부로 파일을 근입시켜 파일(40)의 근입에 따라 지반개량층(20)의 상부 표면이 상기 기초굴착부(10)의 바닥면과 상면으로부터 이격된 중간 지점에 도달하게 하는 파일설치단계와; 상기 지반개량층(20)을 경화시킨 후 상기 파일의 상부의 기초굴착부(10)에 기초 콘크리트를 타설하여 기초(50)를 시공하는 기초시공단계;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해, 지반 개량 후 파일을 시공함으로써 파일 외주면의 주면마찰력을 증대시킬 수 있도록 하되, 페이스트 뒷처리의 불편함을 해소하면서 기초 지지력이 더 향상될 수 있게 될 뿐만 아니라, 파일의 근입을 가이드하는 가이드부재를 이용하여 시공함으로써 경화되지 않은 상태의 지반개량층에 매입된 파일이 정위치 상태를 갖게 함으로서 암반에 파일이 삽입되기 어려운 연야지반에서의 파일을 매입식으로 시공할 수 있게 되고, 가이드부재의 하부에 탈착식으로 가이드철근을 설치하고, 이 가이드철근이 전술한 지반개량층의 범람 부위에 매입될 수 있게 함으로써 지반개량층 경화 후 가이드부재를 탈거하고 나면 가이드철근만이 남게 되어 그 자체로 파일 외측 영역에서 기초 콘크리트를 보강할 수 있게 하고, 두부 보강용 철근의 연결 시공이 용이하게 함으로써 두부 보강까지도 원할히 진행될 수 있게 된다.
