The invention discloses a structure and method for underpinning a raft foundation through a manual hole digging cast-in-place pile foundation. The structure comprises an existing frame column, an existing raft foundation, a newly-added manual hole digging cast-in-place pile foundation, a manual construction hole and a newly-added manual hole digging cast-in-place pile protection wall, the manual construction holes are formed in the existing raft foundation on the peripheries of the existing frame columns, meanwhile, a construction space is excavated in the bottom of the existing raft foundation, the construction space is in communication with the manual construction hole, the newly-added manual hole digging cast-in-place pile protection wall is arranged at the bottom of the existing raft foundation, and the newly-added manual hole digging cast-in-place pile foundation is poured in the newly-added manual hole digging cast-in-place pile protection wall. According to the method, the newly-added manual hole digging cast-in-place pile foundation is additionally arranged below the existing frame column, upper loads are directly transmitted to a better foundation bearing stratum, nonuniformity of traditional high-pressure grouting reinforcement and uncertainty of results are avoided, the construction period is shortened, investment is reduced, and meanwhile social negative influencescan be reduced to the maximum extent.
本发明公开了一种人工挖孔灌注桩基础托换筏板基础的结构及方法,该结构包括既有框架柱和既有筏板基础、新增人工挖孔灌注桩基础、人工施工孔以及新增人工挖孔灌注桩护壁,在既有框架柱周边的既有筏板基础上开设人工施工孔,同时在既有筏板基础的底部开挖有施工空间,所述的施工空间与人工施工孔连通,在既有筏板基础的底部设有新增人工挖孔灌注桩护壁,在新增人工挖孔灌注桩护壁内浇筑有新增人工挖孔灌注桩基础。本发明在既有框架柱下增设新增人工挖孔灌注桩基础,直接将上部荷载传递至更好的地基持力层之上,避免了传统高压注浆加固的不均匀性以及结果的不确定性,在减少工期、投资的同时也可最大程度上降低社会负面影响。
