The sealed waterproof door and window system comprises a side frame and a sash material, wherein the side frame and the sash material are connected through an adhesive tape assembly, an aluminum buckle strip is arranged on the sash material so that a piece of external energy-saving glass can be fixed between the aluminum buckle strip and a piece of energy-saving glass, the rubber strip assembly comprises a second rubber strip and a third rubber strip arranged in the middle position between the side frame and the sash materialas well as a fourth rubber strip arranged on the side edge of the side frame and the sash material, a first air cavity is formed between the second rubber strip and the third rubber strip, and a second air cavity is formed among the second rubber strip, the third rubber strip and the fourth rubber strip; and the sealed waterproof door and window system further comprises a drain hole communicatingwith the second air cavity and a ventilation hole arranged on the second rubber strip which are arranged on the side frame. According to the sealed waterproof door and window system, two sealing cavities are formed through three sealing points, the two sealing cavities enable the first air cavity and the second air cavity to be equal to external air in air pressure through the ventilation hole andthe drain hole, and therefore, the waterproof sealing performance of the door and window system is ensured.
