The invention relates to filling and curing slurry for horizontal directional drilling and a preparation method of the filling and curing slurry, and belongs to the technical field of filling slurry.The filling and curing slurry for horizontal directional drilling is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of water; 11.3 to 13.3 parts of bentonite; 6.5 to 8.5 parts of cement; 55 to 61 parts of silt; 3 to 5 parts of nonionic cellulose; 0.05 to 0.15 part of a vinyl monomer multi-component copolymer; 0.04 to 0.06 part of a corrosion inhibitor; and 0.04 to 0.06 part of sodium polyacrylate. The invention further provides a preparation method of the filling and curing slurry for horizontal directional drilling. The filling and curing slurry for the horizontal directional drilling is low in viscosity, good in fluidity and small in shrinkage rate, gaps can be filled and compacted through the filling and curing slurry, and therefore the risk of collapse is avoided.
本发明涉及一种水平定向钻用的填充固化泥浆及其制备方法，属于填充泥浆技术领域。本水平定向钻用的填充固化泥浆，由以下重量份的组分组成：水：20份；膨润土：11.3‑13.3份；水泥：6.5‑8.5份；粉砂：55‑61份；非离子纤维素：3‑5份；乙烯基单体多元共聚物：0.05‑0.15份；缓蚀剂：0.04‑0.06份和聚丙烯酸钠：0.04‑0.06份。本发明还提供上述水平定向钻用的填充固化泥浆的制备方法。本水平定向钻用的填充固化泥浆粘度低、流动性好，收缩率小，利于填充固化泥浆将缝隙填充紧实，从而避免出现坍塌的风险。
