Coal mine slurry filling curing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a coal mine slurry filling curing agent and a preparation method thereof. The coal mine slurry filling curing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 600-800 parts of sulphoaluminate cement clinker, 200-300 parts of lime, 50-200 parts of triethanolamine, 1-3 parts of a coagulant and 5-10 parts of a super retarder. The curing agent disclosed by the invention does not change the original components of the coal mine slurry filling material, and is convenient for large-scale treatment of mine gangue solid waste by slurry with 20-75% of gangue content. The curing agent can be used as an additive, the mixing amount of the curing agent does not exceed 3% of the mass of solids in slurry, and the curing agent is small in mixing amount and relatively economical. The concrete has expansion and enhancement effects, and the expansion rate exceeds 20 times of the volume of the concrete. The curing agent can achieve initial setting within about 10 minutes, the final strength of slurry with the mass fraction larger than or equal to 50% can reach 5 MPa or above, and the effect of rapidly solidifying large-water-volume slurry is achieved.
