Solid-phase foamed fly ash unfired ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of unfired ceramsite, in particular to solid-phase foamed fly ash unfired ceramsite and a preparation method, the solid-phase foamed fly ashunfired ceramsite is prepared by adding water into raw materials including: fly ash, starch, calcium oxide, desulfurized gypsum and sodium perborate for granulation. The preparation method is simple,wherein high-temperature calcination is not needed in the preparation process, energy is saved, and the environment is protected; pores can be formed in the ceramsite and in the surface of the ceramsite in a solid phase state in a unique efficient foaming process, so that the obtained ceramsite product has high porosity, water and fertilizer retention can be effectively realized, and the stackingdensity of the ceramsite is also reduced; residual sodium borate after decomposition of the foaming agent sodium perborate can be used as a plant to provide trace elements such as boron; therefore, on one hand, the starch contained in the material can improve the microbial affinity of the material, and on the other hand, the starch can release a small amount of pores after being degraded in the environment, so that the porosity of the material is improved.
