Solid-phase-foamed fly ash-silicon calcium slag unfired ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of horticultural materials, and particularly relates to solid-phase-foamed fly ash-silicon calcium slag unfired ceramsite and a preparation method thereof. The olid-phase-foamed fly ash-silicon calcium slag unfired ceramsite is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-75 parts of fly ash, 15-50 parts of silicon-calcium slag, 5-15 parts of carbide slag, 1-2 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 1-5 parts of ammonium sulfate and 30-50 parts of water. According to the invention, ammonium sulfate is creatively adopted as a pore-forming agent, and pores are formed in the surface and the interior of the ceramsite through solid-phase foaming, so the solid-phase-foamed fly ash unfired ceramsite is obtained. Ammonium sulfate particles generate ammonia in an alkaline environment, ammonia gas is released under an oxygen steaming condition, bubbles are formed in the ceramsite, and therefore, pore forming is achieved. The residual foaming agent, namely ammonium sulfate can provide a nitrogen fertilizer for plants; and the used silicon-calcium slag not only can realize waste utilization, but also can improve the later strength of the product.
