The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding CaCO3, Al2O3, SiO2, La2O3 and CoO into a pre-sintering material Sr1-xLaxFe12-xCoxO19, determining the addition amounts of CaCO3,Al2O3, SiO2 and x in the permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintering material mixed powder through an orthogonal test method, and putting the permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintering material mixed powder, balls and water into a ball mill according to a ratio of 1:5:1.2 for ball milling; pre-magnetizing and drying the permanent magnetic ferrite slurry, then adding an adhesive and a lubricant, uniformly mixing the substances, uniformly dispersing the substances through a high-speed dispersion machine, then putting the mixture into a forming mold, and carrying out compression molding under an external oriented magnetic field to obtain a green body piece; and sintering the green body piece at a stable temperature of 1200-1280DEG C to obtain the anisotropic dry-pressed permanent magnetic ferrite. According to the preparation method of the dry-pressed permanent magnetic ferrite based on the orthogonal test disclosed by the invention, by optimization of a secondary formula, pre-magnetizing, high speed dispersing and use of a molten polymer adhesive, the performance of a sample basically reaches the international leading level.
本发明属于永磁铁氧体制备技术领域,具体涉及一种基于正交试验的干压永磁铁氧体的制备方法,包括在预烧料SrLaFeCoO中加入CaCO、AlO、SiO、LaO、CoO,永磁铁氧体预烧料混合粉通过正交试验方法确定CaCO、AlO、SiO、x的添加量,将永磁铁氧体预烧料混合粉:球:水按1:5:1.2装入球磨机球磨;对永磁铁氧体浆料进行预磁化烘干,后加入粘合剂、润滑剂均匀混合,通过高速分散机分散均匀,再放入成型模具中,在外加取向磁场下压制成型得到生坯件;生坯件在1200~1280℃的稳定温度下烧结,得到各向异性干压永磁铁氧体。本发明公开的一种基于正交试验的干压永磁铁氧体的制备方法通过优化二次配方,预磁化、高速分散和熔融聚合物粘合剂使用,性能基本达到国际领先水平的试样。
