The invention belongs to the technical field of magnetic materials, and particularly relates to a manufacturing method of a dry-pressed sintered ferrite permanent magnet material, additives such as silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate and the like are added, crystal boundary formation in the sintering process is facilitated, and the coercivity of a product is effectively improved; polyethylene glycol or calcium stearate is added to play a role of a grinding aid in the crushing process, so that the ground magnet powder is more uniform, and the magnetic property of a dry-pressed product is also improved; meanwhile, polyvinyl alcohol and a stearate adhesive are added, so that the fluidity of magnetic powder particles is improved, the resistance of the powder particles during rotation is reduced, the orientation degree of the magnetic powder particles during dry pressing forming is improved, and the quality of residual magnetism is improved; the granularity is controlled in the secondary ball milling step, so that the granularity consistency after ball milling is good, and the obtained ferrite permanent magnet material has the advantages of high residual magnetism, high coercive force, high intrinsic performance and the like.
本发明属于磁性材料技术领域,具体的说是一种干压烧结铁氧体永磁材料制造方法,加入了二氧化硅以及碳酸钙等添加剂的加入,有利于烧结过程中形成晶界,有效提高产品的矫顽力;而且加入了聚乙二醇或硬脂酸钙有利于在粉碎过程中起到助磨剂的作用,使研磨后的磁体粉末更为均匀,且对干压产品的磁性性能也有所提高;同时聚乙烯醇以及硬脂酸盐粘合剂的加入,有利于改善磁性粉体粒子的流动性,减少粉体颗粒转动时的阻力,提高了干压成型时磁性粉体粒子的取向度,提高了剩磁的质量;通过在二次球磨步骤中控制粒度,使得球磨后粒度一致性好,得到的铁氧体永磁材料具有剩磁高、矫顽力高、内禀高等优点。
