Nonmetal sound barrier
A nonmetal sound barrier is mainly used for noise reduction beside middle sides, bridges and roadbeds of multi-strand railways. The sound barrier comprises a foundation and sound barrier unit plates,the sound barrier unit plates are placed in the foundation reserved grooves and fixed by pouring grouting materials, the sound barrier unit plates are connected through groove convex edges in a matched mode, each sound barrier unit plate is composed of a supporting plate and sound absorption plates, the multiple sound absorption plates are embedded into cavities of the supporting plates from top to bottom, and gaps between the sound absorption plates are filled with joint sealing materials. The barrier is better in corrosion resistance, better in weather resistance, small in maintenance amount, better in sound absorption and insulation effect, relatively simple in manufacturing process and simple in manufacturing procedure.
一种非金属声屏障，主要用于多股铁路中间侧、桥梁、路基旁降噪，它包括基础、声屏障单元板，声屏障单元板放入基础预留槽内并浇筑灌浆料固定，声屏障单元板之间通过凹槽凸棱吻接连接，所述声屏障单元板由支撑板、吸声板组成，若干吸声板自上而下嵌入支撑板的腔体内，吸声板与支撑板之间的间隙用填缝料填充。本发明抗腐蚀性能更好，耐候性能更优，维护量小，吸隔声效果更好且制造工艺也相对简单，制作工序简单。
