The invention discloses a connecting device for prefabricated concrete frame beam anchoring plates and a connecting method thereof. The connecting device comprises a first prefabricated beam, a secondprefabricated beam, a prefabricated column and steel bar anchoring plates, the first prefabricated beam and the second prefabricated beam are horizontal and located at the top end of the prefabricated column; and the steel bar anchoring plates are installed at the extending ends of steel bars at the opposite ends of the first prefabricated beam and the second prefabricated beam, and the two steelbar anchoring plates are connected and fixed through a locking mechanism. According to the connecting device, the steel bars of the first prefabricated beam and the second prefabricated beam are connected through cooperation of the steel bar anchoring plates and bolts, the steel bar length of the anchoring plates is shortened, the anchoring effect can be improved through adjusting nuts, collisionof stress longitudinal bars of a middle joint frame beam is avoided, and anchoring of the steel bars is effectively guaranteed. The method is easy to construct and reliable in connection, site construction of the prefabricated concrete frame structure is greatly simplified, and development and application of building industrialization in China are effectively promoted.
