The invention discloses a connecting device of a prefabricated concrete frame beam anchor plate, and relates to the technical field of civil engineering. Comprising a prefabricated bottom beam; the mounting mechanism comprises a connecting bearing frame, a prefabricated cross beam, a mounting groove, a mounting strip and a connecting mechanism, the connecting mechanism comprises a longitudinal steel bar, a transverse steel bar, a connecting hole and a fastening mechanism, and the fastening mechanism comprises an adjusting plate, a connecting rod and a through hole. Through the transverse steel bars and the mounting structures which are arranged in a staggered mode, the transverse steel bars can be inserted into the mounting holes, so that the distance between the two prefabricated cross beams is effectively shortened, meanwhile, the stability between the two prefabricated cross beams can be improved through the multiple sets of steel bar structures, and in addition, the strength of the prefabricated cross beams can be further improved through the transverse steel bars inserted into the mounting holes; the prefabricated cross beams and the prefabricated longitudinal beams can be connected and supported through the arranged connecting supporting frames, so that the stability of the prefabricated cross beams is improved, and the stress of the prefabricated cross beams on the transverse steel bar sets is reduced.
