Plastering mechanism
The invention discloses a plastering mechanism which comprises an equipment base. A pair of longitudinal support sliding rods are arranged on the equipment base at an interval in parallel; a pulley isconnected to the top end of each support sliding rod through a pulley fixing rod; sliding chutes are formed in the side walls, close to each other, of the two support sliding rods along the longitudinal direction; a sliding block is arranged in each sliding chute in a matching way; a balancing weight is connected to the top end of each sliding block through a pulling rope bypassing the corresponding pulley; a horizontal operation cross rod is connected between the two sliding blocks; and a plastering unit is connected to one side of the operation cross rod. According to the plastering mechanism provided by the invention, a wall is plastered through a dipping function of a plastering roller, and meanwhile, a plastering body can be ensured to plaster up and down through the support slidingrods without the need of wasting too much efforts, so that the use difficulty is greatly reduced.
本发明公开的一种抹灰机构,包括设备底座,设备底座上并列间隔设置有一对纵向的支撑滑杆,每个支撑滑杆的顶端均通过滑轮固定杆连接有滑轮,两个支撑滑杆相互靠近的侧壁均沿纵向开设有滑槽,每个滑槽内均配合设置有滑块,每个滑块的顶端均通过绕过滑轮的牵引绳连接有配重块,两个滑块之间连接有水平的操作横杆,操作横杆的一侧连接有抹灰单元。本发明一种抹灰机构,通过抹灰辊蘸取功能实现墙体抹灰工作,同时通过支撑滑杆能够保证抹灰主体上下抹灰动作不耗费过多力气,极大的降低了使用难度。
Plastering mechanism
