Plastering mechanism
The invention discloses a plastering mechanism. The plastering mechanism comprises a plastering frame, a material distribution box assembly and a plastering plate. The plastering plate is mounted on the plastering frame, the plastering plate has an upward plastering state that an upper end is close to the plastering frame and a lower end is far away from the plastering frame, the material distribution box assembly has a material distribution state of being located above the plastering plate, the material distribution box assembly comprises material distribution boxes and stop block assemblies,feeding ports and discharging ports for supplying mortar to the front portion of the plastering plate are formed in the material distribution boxes, the multiple discharging ports are distributed atintervals in the left-right extending direction of the plastering plate, the stop block assemblies are located at the discharging ports, and the stop block assemblies can adjust opening areas of the discharging ports. According to the plastering mechanism, uniform distribution can be achieved by arranging the discharging ports, the opening areas of the discharging ports is adjusted by arranging the stop block assemblies at the discharging ports, a discharging amount of the mortar is adjustable, the mortar is further equally divided by the obliquely-arranged plastering plate through fluidity ofthe mortar, uniform distribution of the mortar is guaranteed, and the plastering quality is improved.
本发明公开了一种抹灰机构,包括:抹灰架、布料盒组件和抹灰板。抹灰板安装在抹灰架上,抹灰板具有上端靠近抹灰架下端远离抹灰架的向上抹灰状态,布料盒组件具有位于抹灰板上方的布料状态,布料盒组件包括布料盒和挡块组件,布料盒上设有进料口和向抹灰板前方供给砂浆的出料口,多个出料口沿抹灰板的左右延伸方向间隔分布,挡块组件位于出料口处,挡块组件能调节所述出料口开口面积。本发明实施例的抹灰机构,通过设置多个出料口可实现均匀布料并在出料口处设置挡块组件调节出料口的开口面积,使砂浆的出料量可调,倾斜设置的抹灰板利用砂浆的流动性进一步均分砂浆,保证砂浆分布均匀,提高抹灰质量。
