The invention relates to a construction method and device of a suspended steel truss platform. The device comprises the suspended steel truss platform, a steel column, cross beams, pulleys, a sling and winches. The steel column is fixed to the upper end of a concrete bin wall, the cross beams are fixed to the steel column, and the ends, on the outer side of the bin wall, of the cross beams are fixedly connected with an outer operation platform. The ends, on the inner side of the bin wall, of the cross beams are provided with the pulleys. The winches are installed on the suspended steel truss platform. One end of the sling is connected with the winches, the other end of the sling is wound around the pulleys and connected with the upper chord mid-span position of the suspended steel truss platform, and a plurality of telescopic roller devices are evenly distributed on the outer ring of the suspended steel truss platform in the circumferential direction. The device has the beneficial effects that an inhaul cable is used in the middle of a truss for assistance and suspended on a pre-buried tension joint on the top of the vertical wall, the bearing capacity of the suspended truss is improved, and deflection deformation is eliminated. Telescopic rollers are arranged on the outer circle of the suspended steel truss platform in the circumferential direction to prevent the suspended steel truss platform from being stuck in the descending process.
