The invention discloses a hollow plastic formwork. The hollow plastic formwork is formed by tightly splicing a plurality of formwork bodies in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction respectively, and the outline of the formwork body is shaped like a cuboid; and the adjacent formwork bodies in the longitudinal direction are connected through a plurality of longitudinal splicing positioning pieces, and the adjacent formwork bodies in the transverse direction are connected through a plurality of transverse splicing positioning pieces. According to the hollow plastic formwork, thelongitudinal splicing positioning pieces and the transverse splicing positioning pieces are used for positioning connecting in the splicing process, so that subsequent matching construction of connecting pieces and supporting structures is convenient to achieved, the number of operators can be decreased, and the construction and disassemble working efficiency of building formwork structure can beimproved. Meanwhile, the structural strength and loading capacity of the formwork can be further improved, and formwork deformation is reduced. The reduction of the using number of the connecting pieces also reduces the operations such as drilling and grooving on the formwork, and the service life of the formwork is further prolonged.
本发明公开了一种空心塑料模板,所述空心塑料模板由若干模板本体在平面上沿纵向及横向分别紧密拼接而成,所述模板本体的外形呈长方体形状,纵向方向上相邻的模板本体之间通过若干纵向拼接定位件连接,横向方向上相邻的模板本体之间通过若干横向拼接定位件连接。本发明的空心塑料模板,在拼接过程中分别利用纵向拼接定位件横向拼接定位件进行定位连接,方便后续连接件及支撑结构的配合搭建,可以减少操作工人数量,提高建筑模板结构的搭建及拆卸工作效率。同时还能进一步提高模板的结构强度和载荷能力,减少模板变形。连接件使用量的减少也减少了模板上钻孔、开槽等作业,进一步提高了模板的使用寿命。
