A plastic form work is provided that facilitates the wall and floor construction with added values such as sound and thermal insulation, moisture proof, and fire retardance. A corrugated or honeycombed intermediate structure is sandwiched between an upper board 101 and a lower board 102 to form the main formwork member 10. A number of hook sets 11 are arranged at intervals on an outer side of at least one of the upper and lower boards. Each hook set 11 includes a number of hooks 12 with different bended top sections 121. The hook sets jointly provide a rough surface to the upper or lower board. The plastic formwork is attached to a wall or floor by its flat side where grout is then applied to the rough side. The staggered hook sets allow the tight integration between the main formwork member 10 and the grout applied to the rough side.
