The concrete surface reinforcing agent obtained by the invention has corrosion resistance and water resistance, and can be normally used in a high-temperature or cold environment, the arrangement of the water reducing agent avoids water seepage of the concrete and ensures the strength of the concrete, damage to the concrete is avoided due to the arrangement of the preservative, acid resistance and alkali resistance are achieved, and the strength of the concrete is further guaranteed.
