The invention provides a concrete surface reinforcing agent comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of a reinforcing main raw material, 5-8 parts of negative ion powder, 1-3 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 1-3 parts of rare earth oxide, 4-5 parts of graphene powder, and 0.5-0.8 part of a stabilizer. The reinforcing main raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 to 15 parts of glycol, 2 to 4 parts of triethanolamine, 3 to 5 parts of propylene glycol, 15 to 20 parts of syrup and 2 to 4 parts of anhydrous sodium sulfite; and the negative ion particles comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 to 5 parts of stone needle, 1 to 2 parts of tourmaline, 2 to 3 parts of tourmaline and 1 to 2 parts of magnet. The reinforcing agent provided by the invention improves the cracking resistance and pressure resistance of concrete, enables the concrete to uniformly release negative ions, improves the quality of the surrounding environment, and has a health-care effect on a human body.
