The invention discloses a high-performance grouting material for prefabricated buildings, and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of concrete preparation. The grouting material is prepared from, by weight, 90 to 160 parts of cement, 45 to 60 parts of gypsum, 300 to 450 parts of coarse aggregate, 80 to 120 parts of fine aggregate, 10 to 20 parts of silicon powder, 10 to 25 partsof zeolite powder and 1 to 5 parts of a high-efficiency water reducing agent. The bonding performance of the grouting material is greatly improved, the high liquidity of the grouting material is maintained, meanwhile, the compactness of the grouting material is improved, the later strength of the grouting material is improved, selected materials are safe, environmentally friendly and free of corrosion to reinforcing steel bars, the early strength, the middle strength and the later strength of the grouting material are obviously improved, and the physical and chemical properties of the groutingmaterial are improved.
