The invention discloses a high-performance sleeve grouting material for prefabricated buildings and a preparation method thereof. The sleeve grouting material comprises the following raw materials inparts by weight: 35-50 parts of cement, 30-45 parts of quartz sand, 5-10 parts of fly ash, 5-10 parts of mineral powder, 1-2 parts of an ultramicro admixture, 0.2-0.4 part of a water reducing agent, 0.05-0.12 part of a defoaming agent, 0-8 parts of an expanding agent, 0-1 part of an early strength agent, 0-0.1 part of a retarder, 0-0.05 part of a thickening agent and 0-10 parts of thermoplastic elastomer particles modified by a titanate coupling agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing and stirring the cement, the fly ash, the mineral powder, the ultramicroadmixture, the water reducing agent, the defoaming agent, the expanding agent, the early strength agent, the retarder, the thickening agent and the modified thermoplastic elastomer particles; then adding the quartz sand in batches with stirring after each time of adding, thus producing the high-performance sleeve grouting material for the prefabricated building. According to the invention, the high-performance sleeve grouting material for the prefabricated building has the characteristics of good fluidity, no bubbles, no shrinkage in the later period, good vibration reduction performance, stable and reliable performance and high strength.
