The invention relates to a preparation method of a heat-shielding coating for a road, and belongs to the technical field of coating materials. Aluminum powder, zinc oxide powder, silicon powder and carbon powder are used as raw materials, a hollow ceramic microbead is prepared through a reaction thermal spraying technology, and Al<3+> is dissolved in ZnO to form oxygen vacancies to make free carriers generated, so when a light source irradiates the surface of the transparent heat-shielding coating, the carriers can absorb part of heat radiation, and the other part of the heat radiation is reflected by plasmas; the frequency of the incident light source is lower than the inherent frequency of plasma oscillation, so that the barrier effect of the coating on heat radiation is the result of the combined action of absorption and reflection, the absorption and reflection jointly play a role in shielding infrared light, and the coating has good heat insulation performance; and tin is used asa target material, and a layer of tin oxide film is sputtered on the surfaces of the hollow ceramic microbeads to be used as a heat shielding filler, so that the conductivity of the coating can be improved, the electrostatic accumulation on the surface of the coating is inhibited, and a certain effect on cleaning the surface of the coating is achieved.
本发明涉及一种路用遮热涂层的制备方法,属于涂层材料技术领域。本发明中以铝粉、氧化锌粉、硅粉、碳粉为原料,通过反应热喷涂技术制备一种空心陶瓷微珠,由于Al固溶到ZnO形成氧空位从而产生自由载流子,当光源照射到透明隔热涂层表面时,载流子能够吸收一部分热辐射,另一部分被等离子体反射;入射光源的频率低于等离子体振荡的固有频率,因此涂层对热辐射的阻隔作用是吸收和反射共同作用的结果,吸收和反射共同起到了屏蔽红外光的作用,使其产生了良好的隔热性能;本发明以锡为靶材,在空心陶瓷微珠表面溅射一层氧化锡薄膜作为遮热填料,可增加涂层的导电性,抑制涂层表面的静电积累,对涂层表面的清洁也有一定的作用。
