The invention discloses prestress automatic tensioning anchoring equipment and a tensioning method. The prestress automatic tensioning anchoring equipment comprises a containing cylinder, a traction structure, a driving device and a controller. The containing cylinder is provided with a free end and a closed end, the closed end is provided with a first through hole, a bearing partition plate is formed in the containing cylinder, and the bearing partition plate is provided with a second through hole coaxial with the first through hole; a butt joint bin and a mounting bin are formed among the supporting partition plate, the closed end and the free end; the traction structure comprises a lifting screw rod, an electric clamp and a limiting piece, the lifting screw rod can axially and movably penetrate through the second through hole, the lifting screw rod extends into the butt joint bin and is connected to the electric clamp, a threaded through hole is formed in the limiting piece, and the lifting screw rod extends into the mounting bin and is screwed in the threaded through hole of the limiting piece; the driving device is used for twisting the limiting piece and is mounted in the mounting bin; and the controller is mounted in the mounting bin, and is connected to the electric clamp and the driving device. The problems that traditional hydraulic prestress tensioning equipment is large in size, is greatly influenced by construction environment limitation and is low in construction efficiency are solved.
本发明公开了一种预应力自动张拉锚固设备及张拉方法,包括:容置筒,具有自由端和封闭端,封闭端开设有第一穿孔,容置筒的内部形成有支承隔板,支承隔板开设有与第一穿孔同轴设置的第二穿孔,支承隔板与封闭端、自由端之间形成对接仓及安装仓;牵引结构,包括可轴向移动地穿设于第二穿孔中的提拉螺杆、电动夹具和限位件,提拉螺杆伸至对接仓中且连接于电动夹具,限位件开设有螺纹贯孔,提拉螺杆伸至安装仓中且螺合于限位件的螺纹贯孔;用于扭转限位件的驱动装置,安装于安装仓内;以及控制器,安装于安装仓内,控制器连接于电动夹具和驱动装置。本发明解决了传统的液压式预应力张拉设备体积大,受施工环境限制影响大,施工效率低的问题。
