One or more embodiments of the invention provide a transverse-moving lane-changing type road isolation pile which comprises a single isolation pile body and parallel isolation plates; translation rolling wheels are arranged at the bottom of the single isolation pile body; a storage sleeve is arranged in the middle of the single isolation pile body; vertical sliding grooves are symmetrically formedin the left side and the right side of the storage sleeve; and locking notches are formed at the lower portions of the vertical sliding grooves; the parallel isolation plates are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the single isolation pile body; and fixed side plates are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of each parallel isolation plate. The single isolation pile body is mainly connected with a fixing pile hole fixed in a road surface through a fixing foundation pile; the single isolation pile bodies can be in sliding connection through connecting sliding grooves and connecting sliding blocks and locked through fixing toothed bars and blocking toothed bars, and meanwhile, the single isolation bodies can move in parallel through the translation rolling wheels at the bottoms, so that the single isolation pile bodies can be connected in a staggered mode to form an isolation belt of an oblique structure, an opposite lane is occupied to form a temporary same-way lane, and the lane in the direction is prevented from being completely blocked.
