A gear A, a gear B and a gear C arearranged in the box body; the gear A and the gear C sleeve the left rotating screw rod and the right rotating screw rod; and the gear B is meshed with the gear A and the gear C, the left rotating screw rod and the right rotating screw rod penetrate through the box body, the left brush head is fixed to the right end surface of the lower end of the left rotating screw rod, and the right brush head is fixed to the left end surface of the lower end of the right rotating screw rod. According to the equipment, a vertical screw rod is used for moving the brush heads up and down to achieve up-down cleaning of the sound insulation wall, the two brush heads are used for brushing the two sides of the sound insulation wall, and simultaneous cleaning of the two sides of the cleaning device is achieved.
