The invention discloses an impermeable passage and animal escape device. The device comprises a slope passage, buoyancy pontoons and a sleeving plate. The buoyancy pontoons are arranged at the bottomof the slope passage. The slope passage is movably connected to the sleeving plate. The impermeable passage and animal escape device provided by the invention are provided with the slope passage withthe slope gradient capable of changing along with change of the water level, can help various types of animals to escape, is of a fabricated structure, is easy to dismantle and install, can protect original bank slope plants of a rural river and also has the advantages of being easy to construct, low in cost and high in practicality.
