The salvaging construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a position of the compaction hammer isdetected; S2, a posture of the compaction hammer is detected; S3, a first-stage caisson is arranged in soft soil of an upper portion of the compaction hammer, and the soft soil is excavated in the first-stage caisson; and S4, excavating is carried out until a handle of the compaction hammer is exposed, and the compaction hammer is hoisted to a safe area. According to the salvaging construction method of the dynamic compaction hammer, the soft soil can be prevented from flowing in from a digging side direction in an excavating process, the position and posture changes of the compaction hammer are reduced, the engineering amount in a salvaging process can be reduced, and the salvaging efficiency is improved, so that the engineering progress is guaranteed.
