Underwater pouring sealing system adopting expanded polymer and sealing method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of marine engineering construction, and particularly relates to an underwater pouring sealing system adopting an expanded polymer and a sealing method thereof. The underwater pouring sealing system comprises a marine equipment foundation placed on a seabed, a group of steel pipe piles inserted into the seabed, and a group of sleeves fixedly arranged around the bottom of the marine equipment foundation, wherein the sleeves are in sleeve joint with the outsides of corresponding steel pipe piles. The underwater pouring sealing system is characterized in that two sealing strips are arranged above and below an aperture between each sleeve and each steel pipe pile, the two sealing strips partition the aperture between each sleeve and each steel pipe pile into a first annular space and a second annular space, each second annular space is filled with the expanded polymer, and concrete is poured into each first annular space, so that the sleeves arefixedly connected with the steel pipe piles. According to the underwater pouring sealing system and method, pouring sealing between the sleeves and the steel pipe piles of a pile foundation is performed with the expanded polymer, so that good sealing effect and plugging effect are achieved.
