The invention provides a full-hydraulic crushing scarifier of an excavator. The full-hydraulic crushing scarifier of the excavator comprises a scarifier shell, a hydraulic impactor top shock absorber,a hydraulic impactor, an impactor silencing shell, a hinged adjusting oil cylinder, a hinged seat, a toothholder and soil loosening teeth, wherein the hydraulic impactor top shock absorber is arranged in the scarifier shell; the hydraulic impactor is installed on the bottom side of the hydraulic impactor top shock absorber; the impactor silencing shell is arranged on one side of the hydraulic impactor; the hinged adjusting oil cylinder is hinged to one side of the loosener shell; the hinged seat is hinged on the bottom side of the loosener shell, and is hinged to the bottom end of the hingedadjusting oil cylinder; the toothholder is arranged on the bottom side of the hinged seat; and the soil loosening teeth are arranged on the bottom side of the toothholder. The full-hydraulic crushingscarifier of the excavator has the advantages of simple structure, high maneuverability, low energy consumption and low cost.
