The scarifier comprises a scarifier shell and a tooth bucket which are movably connected, a hydraulic impactor is arranged in the scarifier shell, a first telescopic oil cylinder is connected to the top of the scarifier shell, a rotating shaft is arranged at the bottom of the first telescopic oil cylinder, and a connecting rod is arranged in the middle of the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode. The two sides of the rotating shaft are sleeved with push rods, the sides, away from the rotating shaft, of the push rods are connected with second telescopic oil cylinders through second movable nodes, and a third telescopic oil cylinder is movably connected with a bucket.
