The invention relates to a sanitary shower/flush device provided with a shower/rinse procedure. The shower/flush device comprises a drainage unit for draining water at a shower/flush site; a situationacquisition unit for acquiring shower/flush situation data and including a user identification unit and a user state acquisition unit, wherein the user identification unit is used for identifying a user at a shower/flushing site, the user state acquisition unit acquires at least one user state parameter indicating the current state of the user at the shower/flushing site, and the shower/flushingcondition data comprises user identification data and user state data; and a shower/flush process control unit, and a control unit for variably providing shower/flush program recommendation data in dependence on shower/flush situation data, for storing shower/flush program data, for determining a current shower/flush program and for controlling an activated shower/flush process with water discharged by the drainage unit in dependence on the current shower/flush program.
