The invention relates to a shower (1) for a sanitary fitting, comprising: a housing (2) having at least one liquid inflow channel (3); -a plurality of jet formers (4.1, 4.2, 4.3); and an adjusting element (5), which can be displaced along an adjusting path (6) for supplying a liquid to at least one of the jet formers (4.1, 4.2, 4.3), the adjusting element (5) having at least one latching position (7.1, 7.2) along the adjusting path (6) in which the liquid can be discharged through the at least two jet formers (4.1, 4.2, 4.3).
