The invention discloses a self-resetting concrete steel column. The self-resetting concrete steel column comprises a concrete foundation, a circular steel pipe arranged on the concrete foundation andconcrete poured in the circular steel pipe, wherein the two ends of the circular steel pipe are fixedly connected with end plates; and prestressed rib bundles penetrating through the concrete are arranged in the circular steel pipe, through holes are formed in the concrete, the prestressed rib bundles are arranged in the through holes, the plurality of prestressed rib bundles are circumferentiallyarranged in the circular steel pipe in a distributed mode, and the two ends of the prestressed rib bundles are fixedly connected with the end plates. According to the self-resetting concrete steel column, the prestressed rib bundles are arranged in the concrete steel column, the initial tensile stress of the prestressed rib bundles can enable whole building components to automatically restore toinitial positions after the earthquake action, so that the influence or disturbance on the upper structure of a building due to overlarge vertical or horizontal displacement of the components is avoided, the overall collapse of the building structure due to overlarge displacement is prevented, and the workload of building structure repairing can be greatly reduced.
