The anchor rods are divided into two groups and are respectively arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the steel column; the bottom ends of the anchor rods on the inner side of the steel column are fixed into the foundation part, upwards penetrate through the steel bottom plate and are sleeved with disc springs, the bottom ends of the anchor rods on the outer side of the steel column are fixed into the foundation part and upwards penetrate through the steel bottom plate and the energy dissipation steel plate, and the anchor rods on the outer side of the steel column are arranged on the outer side of the steel column in a surrounding mode; the top ends of the anchor rods are all fastened through bolts. According to the self-resetting steel column base, damage to the structure is relieved through bottom lifting after an earthquake, the structure swings under the action of the earthquake, the structure is reset through prestress to form a self-resetting structure, the self-resetting steel column base is high in energy dissipation capacity and has excellent self-resetting capacity, the anti-seismic capacity is improved, overall residual deformation of the structure is small, and damage to structural components is low.
