The invention discloses a cantilever structure parapet wall single-face formwork connecting system and a construction method thereof. The connecting system comprises an outer formwork arranged on theouter side of a parapet wall to be poured, an outer formwork connecting piece connected to the inner side of the outer formwork, a bottom embedded part connected into a foundation, a bottom connectingpiece connected between the outer formwork and the bottom embedded part, a top connecting piece connected to the top of the outer formwork, an inner formwork arranged on the inner side of the parapetwall to be poured, back arris and vertical rods connected to the outer side of the inner formwork, and tie pieces connected between the outer side of the vertical rods and the outer formwork connecting piece. According to the connecting system, through combined arrangement of the outer formwork and the outer formwork connecting piece, the requirement of the formwork during parapet wall pouring ismet, safety construction is facilitated, and application of overall steel bars is reduced; through the arrangement of the bottom connecting piece and the top connecting piece, the outer formwork canbe conveniently connected and fixed, and sealing and fixing can be conducted; through the arrangement of the bottom embedded part, connection of the bottom connecting part is facilitated; and throughthe arrangement of the tie pieces, the outer formwork connecting piece and the inner formwork are tied and fixed, and combined positioning is facilitated.
