The invention discloses a formwork erecting method for a parapet wall. The formwork erecting method for the parapet wall is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, positioning and paying-off are conducted; b, a plurality of square timbers (3) are horizontally connected and placed in a full-length mode to serve as back ridges, and the distance between the first step of the square timbers and the bottom of a formwork is smaller than or equal to 200 mm; c, the back ridges are firmly fixed to the upper part, the middle part and the lower part of the formwork through a plurality of opposite-pull screws (2); d, a plurality of inclined strut devices (5) are arranged; e, concrete is poured into a roof floor; and f, the formwork (4) and steel pipes (1) are removed after the concrete of the parapet wall is cured to reach the strength, and reinforcing steel bars of cross-shaped reinforcing steel bar rods are cut off. The formwork erecting method for the parapet wall has the advantages that the formwork erecting structure is simple, construction is convenient, the roof parapet wall and the floor can be poured together, integrity is good, the root of the roof parapet wall has no water seepage phenomenon, a formwork supporting system is firm, the construction period is shortened, and the engineering cost is reduced.
