Photovoltaic module and profiled steel sheet integrated roof power generation system
The invention discloses a photovoltaic module and profiled steel sheet integrated roof power generation system. The system comprises a roof supporting structure, profiled steel sheets which are erected and fixed above the roof supporting structure and spliced with one another, and photovoltaic assemblies arranged above the profiled steel sheets; a first overlock part and a second overlock part arearranged on the two sides of any profiled steel sheet in the width direction, and the adjacent profiled steel sheets are locked through the first overlock part and the second overlock part and fixedto the roof supporting structure through overlock supports. The profiled steel sheets are provided with main supporting parts which protrude upwards and are fixedly connected with the roof supportingstructure. The photovoltaic assemblies are pressed through pressing blocks so as to be fixed above the adjacent main supporting parts in a lap joint mode. The system further comprises a temperature control cleaning mechanism, a water spraying pipe of the temperature control cleaning mechanism is laid between the photovoltaic assemblies and the profiled steel sheets and are used for spraying and cleaning when the temperature of the back surface of the photovoltaic assemblies is higher than a preset value. The roof power generation system is convenient to install and reliable in operation and maintenance, can reduce fire and water leakage risks, can clean and cool a roof, and improves the power generation efficiency.
本发明公开了一种光伏组件与压型钢板一体化屋面发电系统,包括屋面支撑结构、搭设固定于屋面支撑结构上方、相互拼接的压型钢板和设于压型钢板上方的光伏组件;任一压型钢板宽度方向的两侧设有第一锁边部和第二锁边部,相邻的压型钢板由第一锁边部、第二锁边部锁合并通过锁边支座固定于屋面支撑结构;压型钢板设有上凸且固接屋面支撑结构的主支撑部,光伏组件通过压块压合以搭接固定于相邻的主支撑部上方;还包括温控清洗机构,温控清洗机构的喷水管铺设于光伏组件与压型钢板之间,且用以在光伏组件背面温度高于预设值时喷淋清洗。上述屋面发电系统安装方便且运维可靠,能够降低火灾和漏水风险,同时能够对屋面进行清洗和降温,提高发电效率。
