Heavy load type profiled steel sheet roof sliding support
The invention relates to a heavy-load profiled steel sheet roof sliding support. An existing sliding support is limited in vertical bearing capacity, poor in transverse stability and prone to deformation due to stress, and the sliding performance is reduced. The device comprises a support which is of a vertical double-layer structure and is arranged on a roof structural part, a first slot type sliding groove is formed in the top of the support, a second slot type sliding groove is formed in the front face of the support, and a third slot type sliding groove is formed in the back face of the support; the sliding part is of a vertical double-layer structure, the bottom of the sliding part is embedded into the support through the first slit type sliding groove, the two ends of the bottom of the sliding part are arranged in the second slit type sliding groove and the third slit type sliding groove from inside to outside respectively, and the two ends of the bottom of the sliding part are locked on the support. The vertical bearing capacity is improved, good transverse stability is achieved, stress deformation is not prone to occurring, and the sliding performance is improved.
本发明涉及重载型压型钢板屋面滑动支架。现有滑动支架竖向承载能力有限,横向稳定性较差,容易受力而变形,并且滑动性能下降。本发明包括支座,为竖向双层结构,设置于屋面结构件上,所述支座顶部开设有第一缝式滑槽,正面开设有第二缝式滑槽,背面开设有第三缝式滑槽;滑动件,为竖向双层结构,所述滑动件底部通过所述第一缝式滑槽嵌入所述支座内,所述底部两端分别由内而外设置于所述第二缝式滑槽和所述第三缝式滑槽中,且将所述底部两端锁紧在所述支座上。本发明提高了竖向承载力,具备良好的横向稳定性,不易受力变形,并且提高了滑动性能。
