The invention provides a linear pushing and pressing damping sliding rail including a rail, a damper is arranged at at least one end of the rail, and the damper comprises a tension piece, a damping piece, a sliding block and an abutting piece; the sliding block is mounted on the rail in a sliding mode, the sliding block has a first position and a second position on the rail, the tension piece canpull the sliding block to move from the first position to the second position, a limiting rail is arranged on the sliding block, and the limiting rail is provided with at least one side wall forming an included angle with the rail direction; the damping piece comprises a telescopic cylinder which is mounted on the rail; an abutting groove is formed in the rail; the abutting piece is mounted in theabutting groove in a sliding mode, the telescopic cylinder abuts against the side wall, with the included angle, of the limiting rail through the abutting piece, the abutting piece is provided with afirst abutting position and a second abutting position in the abutting groove, and in the process that the sliding block slides from the first position to the second position, the sliding block drives the abutting piece to slide from the first abutting position to the second abutting position. The invention provides the linear pushing and pressing damping sliding rail to reduce the size of the sliding rail.
