Inorganic ecological wall material for purifying indoor air and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to an inorganic dry powder functional material, and particularly relates to an inorganic ecological wall material for purifying indoor air and a preparation method thereof. The inorganic ecological wall material is prepared by mixing mineral powder, ground calcium carbonate powder, a special negative ion additive, ash calcium powder, white cement, talcum powder, diatomite, barite, an additive and optional toner. The special negative ion additive is a mesoporous rare earth/titanium pillared clay material. Compared with the existing tourmaline powder or ThO2 and other negative ion additives, the additive obviously increases the release amount of negative ions. By introducing the TiO2 into the pillared clay material, the additive has a good photocatalytic degradation function, and through the synergistic effect of the TiO2 and the pillared clay material, the purification effect on VOCs such as formaldehyde and benzene is significantly improved.
