The invention provides a diatom ooze aerated concrete plate. The diatom ooze aerated concrete plate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of diatomite, 2 parts of cement, 2 parts of lime of 200 meshes and 5 parts of mineral powder. A preparation method of the diatom ooze aerated concrete plate comprises the following steps: 1, uniformly mixing the diatomite, the cement, the lime and the mineral powder in parts by mass; 2, adding water into the mixture, stirring to obtain a mixture with the concentration of 15wt%-21wt%, and preparing a wet blank from the mixture; 3, putting the wet blank in a pre-curing box, conducting moisture curing for 2.5h at the temperature of 70 DEG C to obtain a blank body; 4, putting the blank body prepared in the step 3 into a still kettle, and carrying out constant-pressure curing for 8 hours under the saturated vapor pressure of 1.4MPa; and 5, drying a pre-finished product prepared in the step 4 through a drying machine, andkeeping the moisture content of the pre-finished product lower than 10 wt% to obtain the diatom ooze aerated concrete plate. The indoor temperature and humidity can be adjusted, and indoor pollution can be eliminated.
