The invention discloses jack lifting equipment and a lifting method thereof. The jack lifting equipment comprises a walking bracket system (1), a translation system (2) mounted on the outer side of the walking bracket system, and a lifting system (3) connected with the translation system, wherein the walking support system comprises a supporting frame (11), four vertical rods (12) and universal wheels (13), wherein the supporting frame (11) is formed by welding metal components and is in a three-dimensional rectangular shape, the four vertical rods (12) are welded in the four corners of a bearing frame, and the universal wheels (13) are installed at the bottom ends of the vertical rods. The translation system comprises a rectangular rail frame (21) arranged on the outer side of the supporting frame and a translation trolley (22) which is installed in the rectangular rail frame and can reciprocate along the upper rail and the lower rail. The problems that in the bridge superstructure prestress tensioning construction process, an aerial work jack is inconvenient to position accurately and difficult to operate are effectively solved, the structure is stable, operation is easy and convenient, and construction is safe.
