STRUCTURE LIFTING METHOD USING STEEL PIPE MEMBER WITH LIFTING JACK
The present invention relates to a structure lifting method using a lifting jack-installed steel pipe which uses a steel pipe on which a lifting jack is installed to be directly supported on a structure base and an abutment to control a horizontal displacement and safely lift an upper structure of a bridge. The structure lifting method using a lifting jack-installed steel pipe comprises: (a) a step of installing horizontal frames installed on a front surface of an abutment (A3), vertically separated from each other, and penetrated by a steel pipe, and a bracing structure comprising a bracing material installed to restrain the horizontal frames separated from each other; (b) a step of installing the steel pipe in such a way that the steel pipe penetrates the horizontal frames of the bracing structure to install a lifting means on an upper end of the steel pipe and support a lower end of the steel pipe on an abutment (A1); and (c) a step of operating the lifting means to use a support force of the steel pipe to lift an upper structure (A2) of a bridge.
구조물기초와 교대에 직접 지지되도록 설치된 인상잭이 설치된 강관을 이용하여 수평변위를 제어하면서 안전하게 교량상부구조물을 인상시킬 수 있는 인상잭이 설치된 강관을 이용한 구조물 인상공법에 관한 것으로서, (a) 교대(A3) 전면에 상,하로 이격 설치되어 강관이 관통되는 수평틀; 및 상기 이격 설치된 수평틀을 구속하도록 설치된 브레이싱재를 포함하는 브레이싱 구조체를 설치하는 단계; (b) 상기 브레이싱구조체의 수평틀을 관통하여 상단은 인상수단이 설치되고, 하단은 교대기초(A1)에 지지되도록 강관을 설치하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 인상수단을 작동시켜 강관의 지지력을 이용하여 교량상부구조물(A2)을 인상시키는 단계;를 포함한다.
