The invention discloses a construction device for converting an arch bridge from an arch structure into a cantilever structure. The truss type combined arch bridge system conversion device is installed on a solid web section, the cantilever structure stabilizing device is used for lifting an arch ring after the truss type combined arch bridge system is converted, and the truss type combined arch bridge cutting and dismantling sewage collecting device is hung at the bottom of the arch ring. By means of the construction device, after a bridge is cut and separated, relative displacement and left-right swing of the two independent cantilever truss systems can be avoided, the two independent cantilever truss systems can be lifted upwards, downward deflection and movement of the cantilever trusssystems are avoided, and a guarantee is provided for smooth implementation of follow-up dismantling work. The sewage generated in the cutting process can be prevented from being discharged into a water source below.
