The invention discloses an energy-saving watering device for road cleaning. The device comprises a box body, and a water tank is mounted in the box body; two first rotating rods which are arranged front and back are mounted at the bottom of the box body; travelling wheels are fixedly connected to the two ends of the two first rotating rods correspondingly, two fixing plates are fixedly connectedto the inner top of the box body, second rotating rods rotationally connected with the two fixing plates are arranged on the two fixing plates in a penetrating mode correspondingly, and discs are fixedly connected to the opposite ends of the two second rotating rods correspondingly. The device is reasonable in structure; with a motor, movement of box body is realized; dust on the road surface canbe absorbed and collected before water is sprayed; meanwhile, the extending length of the conveying pipe is achieved, the water spraying range is convenient to adjust, pressure is provided for water so that the water can be conveyed into the conveying pipe and sprayed out through the spray head, so that cleaning and water spraying of the road are achieved, and the energy-saving effect is good.
