The invention discloses an energy-saving multifunctional watering car, comprising a rack, wherein a main cavity is formed in the lower right side of the rack; the lower end of a main motor return spring is fixedly connected to the portion, in the main cavity, of the rack; a main motor is fixedly connected to the other end of the main motor return spring; and a watering chamber is formed in the portion, on the upper side of the main cavity, of the rack. Solar energy can be utilized as much as possible by adjusting the orientation and an angle of elevation of the solar panel, so that the energy-saving purpose is achieved, and the purpose of automatic rotation can be achieved by setting the direction of a nozzle when the solar panel reaches a water spraying destination, thus increasing a coverage area of sprayed water. While moving an obstacle, the car strikes an obstacle by hammering block to loosen and shoves it by rotary shoveling of an obstacle clearing plate.
