The invention discloses a reinforcing pile machine for conducting reinforcing construction on collapsible loess. A vibrating rod is driven by a vibrating hammer to vibrate; and under the effect of anauxiliary medium, the structure of the loess surrounding a vibrating point is damaged and compactly recombined, so that collapsibility of the loess is eliminated, and a compact pile is formed. The compact pile and the surrounding loess are reinforced to meet the strength requirement. The auxiliary medium is a high-pressure gas phase medium and/or a liquid phase medium. According to a method, construction is convenient to conduct, and operation is easy and convenient to conduct; the environment-friendliness and energy conservation concepts are embodied; and the construction cost is lowered. Theconstruction method mainly has the beneficial effects that no material is used; low-carbon, environment protection and energy conservation are achieved; construction efficiency is high, and the construction cost is low; after construction, the collapsibility of the loess is completely eliminated, and the strength is high; the next procedure can be implemented immediately, a waiting age is not needed, and the construction duration is saved; and intelligentized operation can be conducted, the human cost is lowered, and construction quality is guaranteed.
