The invention relates to the technical field of an air conditioning device and discloses a device used for a solar photovoltaic panel. The device used for the solar photovoltaic panel comprises a water collecting sump and first filter nets, wherein the water collecting sump is arranged on the lower end surface of the solar photovoltaic panel, comprises a water inlet opening defined by a side walland a water outlet formed in the side wall and is configured to receive water flowing from the solar photovoltaic panel; and the first filter nets are vertically arranged in the water collecting sump,planes where filter surfaces are located are intersected with planes where the water inlet opening is located, and the first filter nets are configured to filter water in the water collecting sump, and the filtered water is drained from the water outlet. Rainwater from the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel is collected through the water collecting sump, and a clean water source obtained after the rainwater is filtered by the first filter nets flows out of the water outlet and can be used as cleaning water for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, so that effective utilization of the rainwater from the solar photovoltaic panel is realized.
