Cleaning device for solar photovoltaic panel
The invention provides a cleaning device for a solar photovoltaic panel. The cleaning device comprises two guide rail beams symmetrically arranged on two sides of the photovoltaic panel; a water filtering tank is arranged between the two guide rail beams; a water storage tank buried underground communicates with the lower side of the water filtering tank; the cleaning device further comprises a cleaning assembly arranged between the two guide rail beams and capable of moving in the length direction of the guide rail beams; the cleaning assembly communicates with the water storage tank; the water filtering tank is distributed below the photovoltaic panel; a first partition plate dividing the upper surface of the water filtering tank into a water inlet part and a water diversion part is arranged on the upper surface of the water filtering tank; the horizontal height of the upper surface of the first partition plate is greater than that of the lower end of the photovoltaic panel; the water inlet part is distributed close to the photovoltaic panel; and a plurality of filtering holes are formed in the upper surface of the water filtering tank in a penetrating manner and are distributed in the water inlet part. According to the cleaning device for the solar photovoltaic panel, rainwater can be conveniently collected, the photovoltaic panel can be cooled while being cleaned, and water can be recycled.
本发明提供了一种太阳能光伏板用清洗装置,包括对称设置于光伏板两侧的两个导轨梁,于两个导轨梁之间配置有滤水箱,于该滤水箱的下侧连通配置有埋设于地面以下的储水箱;还包括设置于两个导轨梁之间并且能够沿导轨梁的长度方向移动的清洗组件,清洗组件与储水箱连通,其中:滤水箱分布于光伏板的下方,于滤水箱的上表面配置有将其上表面分隔为进水部和引水部的第一隔板,该第一隔板上表面的水平高度大于光伏板下端的水平高度;进水部靠近光伏板分布;于滤水箱的上表面贯穿设置有若干个过滤孔,若干个过滤孔分布于进水部内。本发明能够便于雨水收集,能够在对光伏板清洗的同时实现光伏板的降温,可实现水的循环利用。
